The BIG HEART Award
This annual award is granted to individuals who have been exemplary in lending themselves to humanitarian services
This esteemed award is accompanied by a monetary award.
The DIESEL Award
This annual award is granted to student/athletes that have been able to excel in sports, maintain acceptable GPA’s in school, and display a SERVANT-LEADER spirit on the field/court, in the classroom, and in the community.
These recipients will be nominated based on their community involvement and positive interaction with peers and elders.
This award is accompanied by a monetary award.
Jake’s Kids Family of Honor Award
This award is granted to families that have gone “above and beyond” the call of duty as it relates to helping another in need. To be considered, this family must be recognized for doing humanitarian acts of kindness and being selfless when aiding others.
This award is solely selected by the Jacobs’ Family and is accompanied by a commemorative plaque.
Gabe’s RAK Week (Random Acts of Kindness)
One week per year, The Gabe’s Heart Foundation will host “Gabe’s RAK WEEK” throughout the U.S. We will render and record random acts of kindness as we promote selflessness for a full week.
All participants will receive a collector’s PLAYER’S CARD of Gabriel Jacobs (#95) and their names will be listed on Gabe’s RAK Week Wall of Fame!
